Terms of Use

Last updated 1 September 2026 · IASC Sector Skill Council, Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship

1. Acceptance

By creating a profile or using IASC Connect you agree to these terms. If you are registering on behalf of a company, institution or government body, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation.

2. Eligibility and verification

Membership is open to students, professionals, employers, training institutions, experts, startups, MSMEs, government bodies and industry associations operating in or adjacent to the IASC sector. IASC verification badges are issued only against documentation and assessment records we can independently confirm.

3. Accuracy of information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your profile and in any opportunity you publish. Misrepresenting qualifications, assessed skills, employment history or organisational credentials is grounds for removal of verification and suspension of the account.

4. Publishing opportunities

Employers, institutions and organisations may publish requirements for employees, freelancers, consultants, trainers, assessors, partners, vendors, interns, apprentices and project teams. Requirements are reviewed by the IASC industry desk before going live. Listings must state a genuine requirement, a lawful engagement and compensation consistent with applicable law.

5. Conduct

The network is a professional environment. Harassment, discriminatory listings, unsolicited commercial messaging, scraping of member data and any attempt to charge candidates a fee for placement are prohibited.

6. Assessments and credentials

IASC credentials are issued on the basis of assessments conducted by affiliated training partners under NSQF. A credential certifies the assessed competency at the time of assessment; it is not a guarantee of employment.

7. No guarantee of outcome

IASC Connect facilitates introductions between members. We do not act as an employer, recruitment agency, contracting party or guarantor in any engagement formed through the platform, and we are not party to the terms agreed between members.

8. Intellectual property

The IASC name, logo, qualification packs and published reports remain the property of the IASC Sector Skill Council. Content you post remains yours; you grant us a licence to display it on the network and in aggregate industry reporting.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
